The April edition of Honolulu Magazine (with mucho caliente Alex O'Loughlin of Hawaii 5-0 on the cover) has an article listing 43 things every local must do. Included on the list are things eating shave ice, calling anyone older than you "Aunty" or "Uncle", having a hibachi and knowing how to use it.
